Mix well. Lightly dredge the crabs in the flour and set aside. Place a large pan on stove over medium high heat. Heat butter and oil together. Place crabs AWAY from you in pan so they don’t splash oil on you. Cook on each side for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from pan. Assemble sandwich. Lightly dress bread with mayonnaise, add lettuce and a few slices of tomato. Place 2-3 soft shell crabs on top of tomato. Lightly press down on sandwich. Slice in half. Serve & Enjoy :)
