Subscribe to our channel here: http://bit.ly/2zzR6BV Follow our Instagram here: http://bit.ly/2AyxPkb Like us on Facebook here: http://bit.ly/2Pa72zC Ingredients: * 1 Large Cauliflower * 8 strips bacon * 4oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded * 4oz fontina cheese, shredded * 2oz cream cheese, soften * 8oz heavy cream * 1/2 tsp paprika * salt & pepper, to taste * cooking spray * green onion, optional Directions: Preheat oven to 375ºF. Slice bacon into small pieces and brown in pan over medium high heat. Remove from pan and pat dry with paper towels. Set aside. Bowl 1/2 cup of water in a sauce pan. Remove core from cauliflower and slice cauliflower into 1/2 inch to 1 inch pieces. Steam over boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Removes from sauce pan and pat dry with paper towels. Set aside. Pour out water from sauce pan and return to stove. Turn stove to medium heat, and pour in heavy cream. Bring to a light boil. DO NOT BURN YOUR CREAM! Slowly begin incorporating your cheeses and stirring constantly until all cheese is added and melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add your paprika. Add cauliflower and bacon to cheese sauce and mix well. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray. Pour cauliflower Mac and Cheese into pan. Sprinkle more shredded cheddar cheese on top if desired. Place in oven for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven. Serve & Enjoy :)
