Ingredients: - 1lb ground beef, rolled into 4 quarter pound balls - American cheese - brioche buns - RFD's Sweet & Spicy Pickles - 1/2 cup mayo - 1/3 cup ketchup - 1tbsp Dijon mustard - 2tbsp sweet pickle relish - 2tbsp white onion, small diced - 1/2tsp garlic powder - Smoked Chipotle Tabasco, to taste - salt, to taste Directions: RFD Sauce- Mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, onion, Tabasco, garlic powder, and salt in bowl. Mix until until well combined. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Smash Burgers- Preheat flat top or skillet to at least 400ºF. Portion ground beef into 4- .25lb meatballs. Place onto flat top and let sit for 15 seconds to develop a light crust. Using your spatula and muddler, smash the meatballs onto flat top to form patties. They aren't supposed to be perfectly round so don't worry. Season with salt, and let cook for 2-3 minutes before flipping. Flip patty, and top with American cheese. In the meantime, toast your buns on the flat top using the beef fat as "toasting agent." Remove buns and slather both sides with RFD Sauce. Place your patties on bun, and top with RFD's Sweet & Spicy Pickles. Serve & Enjoy :)
