So I figured I'd give it a shot, and make the infamous Dalgona. It did take me a few attempts to get it just right, but I found a few hacks that will help you make the Dalgona Candy from Squid Games at home! Equipment: - Dalgona Set (Can Find on Amazon) Ingredients: - 1.5tbsp granulated sugar - 1/16tsp baking soda Directions: Pour sugar into the copper pan and place over medium high heat. Once sugar begins to melt, add the baking soda and begin stirring constantly until the sugar completely melts and turns a honeycomb color. Pour the "caramel," solution onto the steel plate. Lightly spray your press with cooking spray, and press onto the cooling sugar for 8-10 seconds. Remove press and stamp with one of the desired molds. GENTLY scrape off the Dalgona Candy.
