Subscribe to our channel here: http://bit.ly/2zzR6BV Follow our Instagram here: http://bit.ly/2AyxPkb Like us on Facebook here: http://bit.ly/2Pa72zC Ingredients: * 1 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen * 1/2 cup sugar * 1 tsp kosher salt * 8oz cream cheese * 1 cup sour cream * 1 cup heavy whipping cream * dried cranberries, garnish * 1 can of whipped cream, garnish * fresh mint leaves, garnish Equipment: * Sauce Pan * Wooden Spoon * Silicone Spatula * Measuring Cups/Spoons * Large Mixing Bowl * Hand Mixer or Large Whisk * Blender * Stove * 4 Cups/Glasses, for serving Directions: Combine cranberries, sugar, and salt in a sauce pan. Cook mixture on medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the cranberries have broken down and have a formed a sauce consistency. Remove from heat and let cool. Whip your heavy whipping cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form at the end of your whisk. Set aside. In a blender, combine cranberry sauce, cream cheese, and sour cream and blend until smooth. Pour cranberry mixture into large mixing bowl with your whipped cream. GENTLY, fold your cranberry mix in with the whipped cream until the mousse is well incorporated and smooth. Pour the mousse into individual cups and refrigerate for at least an hour. Garnish your Christmas Cranberry Mousse with whipped cream, dried cranberries, and a mint leaf! Enjoy :)
