Subscribe to our channel here: http://bit.ly/2zzR6BV Follow our Instagram here: http://bit.ly/2AyxPkb Like us on Facebook here: http://bit.ly/2Pa72zC Ingredients: * 6 jalapeños * 12 strips bacon * 8oz package cream cheese, soften * 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded * 2 cups flour * 2 cups bread crumbs * 3 eggs * 2 tbsp milk or cream * 2 tsp salt * 1 tsp pepper * 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper * salt & pepper, to taste * 1 liter oil Directions: Heat oil in fryer to 375ºF. Remove stems from jalapeños and slice jalapeños in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and veins from jalapeños. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Using a spoon, carefully stuff each jalapeño with the cheese mixture. Lay your bacon strips on a cutting board and begin wrapping your jalapeños. Use a toothpick to poke through each side of the bacon wrapped jalapeño so that the bacon doesn’t unravel. Grab 3 medium size bowls. Pour bread crumbs in one bowl, flour in another bowl, and eggs and milk in another bowl. Whisk your eggs and milk to create an egg wash. Season the flour with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Using a fork place the jalapeño popper into the egg wash, then flour, back to the egg wash and finally the bread crumbs. Make sure they are coated well! Carefully place the poppers into the fryer and cook for 3-4 minutes until the breading is golden brown. Server and Enjoy:)
