Nvidia's RTX 5060 TI 16 is here; and this graphics card is one of the best cards in Nvidia's Blackwell line up. The MSRP of the entry level RTX 5060 Ti is 429 USD, with this particular RTX 5060TI PRIME graphics card from ASUS coming in at 409 GBP for the 'vanilla' 16 GB card, and ~460 for the OC model. In this RTX 5060 TI review I'll be comparing the card against the RTX 5070 and the RTX 3060 Ti primarily focused at the 1440P resolution, but also other benchmarks too. There will be two variants of the RTX 5060Ti, with the specs remaining equal between the GPUs aside one outfitted with 8GB and this model I'm reviewing, which sports 16GB. The 16GB model is the best choice unless you'd be playing esports games / really are certain you don't need the extra VRAM. Outside of that, the RTX 5060TI 16GB is solid, making a great case for itself as an upgrade for mid range RTX 30 / RX 6000 (or older) graphics cards, or those building a PC for the first time. For the Prime OC, I found the temps were solid, hovering around the high 50s to low 60s, with fans remaining quiet and decent overclocking headroom. While the RTX 5060 Ti can run some games reasonably well at 4K, particularly with MFG / DLSS performance mode employed, it would be best paired with a high quality 1440P display and there games such as Resident Evil 4, Cyberpunk 2077, Spider-Man 2, Ratchet and Clank, God Of war and many other games can be played at high refresh rates with ray tracing enabled. The RTX 5070 vs the 5060Ti is curious, because while the 5070 is faster in most games, in some extremely VRAM limited scenarios the 5060Ti pulls ahead. I'm also told that for gamers who want to save a few more pennies, ASUS will have RTX 5060 TI dual for essentially MSRP prices (albeit, with the usual retailer caveats in mind). Similar is apparently happening with other AIBs based on my off the record conversations.
