This time i´am restoring a Soviet Military Watch. It´s a Vostok Komandirskie U-Boat and it´s powered by the Vostok 2414 hand-winding movement. It beats at 19800bph and the lift angle of the balance is at 42°. The inscription on the bottom of the dial says: "caenaho b cccp" (made in ussr) so it´s made somewhen in the 80´s. The movement doesn´t work at all and it´s in a pretty bad condition. The crystal has many scratches, the case and bezel is full of dirt. The crown is loose and the bracelet is missing. The luminous color on the hands has come off and some of the chromium-plating on the crown is starting to come off as well. I need to disassemble the whole movement, clean all the parts and re-assemble it with some fresh oil. The barrel arbor of the mainspring is broken so i need to replace it. I´am also replacing the spring bars and the crown. After applying some fresh luminous paint on the hands and polishing the crystal the watch can be assembled again. I hope you liked this restoration, if so, like, comment and subscribe ;) Subscribe to my channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/RedDeadRestoration?sub_confirmation=1 Music: "Russian dance" by Joey Pecoraro ___________________________________ Follow me on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/reddeadrestoration/ My Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/YTRedDeadRestoration ___________________________________ Acrylic Glass Polishing Compound: https://amzn.to/2XIP8vF ** Case Polishing Diamond Paste: https://amzn.to/2Ye1MSo ** Case Polishing Wadding: https://amzn.to/2UlNfme ** Multi-Purpose Watch-Repair-Kit: https://amzn.to/2XIQ7Mn ** Multitool: https://amzn.to/2BNryW9 ** Buffing Wheels for Multitool: https://amzn.to/30gJCSF ** My Camera: https://amzn.to/3h4Ty7w ** ** Affiliate Links Disclaimer: This video and description contains affiliate links, which means that if you click on one of the product links, I'll receive a small commission.
