Cream of Mushroom Soup Mix 11/2 cups powdered milk 1/2 cup cornstarch 1/4 cup flour 1/2 cup dried mushrooms 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon parsley 1 teaspoon thyme 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder To use: 1/3 cup mixture to 1 cup water Cheese sauce pint jar - makes 4 cups sauce INGREDIENTS: • 1¼ cup powdered cheddar cheese • 5 tablespoons dry milk powder • 8 teaspoons cornstarch or arrowroot starch • 4 teaspoons dry mustard powder • 4 teaspoons onion powder • 4 teaspoons garlic powder • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 2 teaspoons white pepper (optional) MIX & STORE: Combine well and keep in a sealed, dry jar. TO USE: Heat 1 cup milk over medium, make sure to whisk avoid burning or bubbling over. Whisk ½ cup of ary mix into milk. Stir constantly until the sauce thickens POTATO SOUP TO GO MIX Stir together the following ingredients, and store them in an airtight jar: 1 3/4 cups instant potato flakes 1 1/2 cup dries powdered milk 2 tbs. chicken bullion granules 2 tsp. parsley 1 1/2 tsp. dried onion flakes 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. thyme 1/8 tsp. turmeric Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until mixed.
