Is WINTER FISHING Worth It? Winter Bank Fishing So You Don't Have to

Is winter fishing even worth it? Today I go fishing from the bank so you don't have to and I end up catching the panfish trifecta. I start out fishing with an ultralight gulp minnow rig, and strike out. Then I switch to red wigglers and I start catching fish. I catch bluegill, long eared sunfish, and even a shellcracker (red ear sunfish). The fishing might be slow in winter, but for me its still worth it. I get to catch a few different species, and it nice just being outside on a cool day.
