When you think about the most popular countries in the world for expats, you might not think about China. Not only China is full of expats scattered across the country, but these foreigners usually come for one year and end up staying two, three years or even longer. Meeting other expats and building up your expat community is a way to find home in a different country -- especially when you can’t speak the local language. Foreigners in China tend to rely on an expat community to socialize and meet people from similar cultural background.
