On this week's vlog, we take a roadtrip to Angeles City, Pampanga, the culinary capital of the Philippines. We explore the best of traditional Kapampangan cuisine, from farm-to-table dishes with a twist at Chef Sau del Rosario (of Cafe Fleur)'s 25 Seeds to heritage dishes from the Spanish era at Kusina Matua, and even some of the best fried chicken we've ever eaten right at Boom Chicken. Of course, no trip is complete without stopping by the home of the original Pampanga sisig at Aling Lucing's.
