Dr Nicolás Hinrichs is a researcher at the Okinawa Institute for Science and Technology and the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences, interested in the behavioural and neurobiological correlates of mental health interventions via hyperscanning; drawing on active‑inference theory, process philosophy, and embodied cognition, he models interpersonal neural networks via information geometry to examine how collective priors and affect drive shared intelligence in agential systems.
