It only firms up in smaller containers, not in the big bowls - Everything Cookie: The flavours didn't really develop the way I expected and despite trying different baking temps and times, it just ended up a little dry. Next time, I would dial back the sugar (or maybe mess with a brown sugar to white sugar ratio) and flour and remove the marshmallows (they caramelized too quickly and weren't fluffy and gooey like I imagined).
