Who doesn't love a custom cutting board. In this video I will show you how I turned some scrap hardwood into an end grain cutting board. In case you are wondering what type's of woods I used for this project it was a mix of Yellow Heart, Purple Heart, Black Walnut, Curly Maple, Hard Maple, Padauk and some Sapele. The original plan was to make 3 simple face grain cutting boards. However during this project I decided to rip those boards up on my table saw and make some random pattern end grain cutting boards.
