Insta360 Ace Pro 2

I’m keeping the Insta360 Ace Pro 2 because it’s the most well-rounded for how I shoot, and that flip-up screen is genuinely useful for framing. The 8K gives you loads of flexibility to crop in (even up to a 2x punch-in) when you’re working from a 4K timeline, but just remember you can’t do high frame rate in 8K.

Pros

+Flip-up screen is great for framing and awkward angles
+8K resolution gives strong cropping/zoom flexibility
+UI felt more intuitive than GoPro in my use
+Colour reproduction looked the best to my eye

Cons

-Front screen is small and doesn’t show a live video feed
-8K can’t be used with high frame rates
-Night footage looked a bit blurry when inspected closely
