We know that mindfulness is not everyone's cup of tea, but mindfulness such as this guided meditation can be so helpful when we have nothing to turn to. Interesting enough, even when I was searching on Youtube to see if there's a guided meditation for specific feelings or emotions we feel, there is none! I even had to subscribed to a paid app to see if that's available and there's none in that too!
