This silicone slow feeder is one of my favorites because the grooves are pretty deep and it works with different food types. I feed gently cooked fresh food, and I can smear it into the grooves easily. I timed my dog with a similar silicone bowl and it took her about 4 to 4 1/2 minutes instead of her usual 20 seconds—huge improvement.
