The Trick With Triangles: Perspective Tools

If you care about angles, you'll love this lesson! Using 30°, 45°, and 60° triangles, you can construct angles from 0° to 180° in 15° increments. The 45° triangle gives 45°, and flipping it gives 135°. The 60° triangle provides 60°, and when flipped, 120°. It also doubles as a 30° triangle, yielding 30°, and flipped, 150°. By combining triangles, you can get 15° (45° minus 30°) and 75° (30° plus 45°). You don't have to memorize all these numbers, but getting familiar with them helps you see angles, and it's not much work. If you need more help with perspective check out the premium course!
