Best Budget Drill Press A '90s Delta? || Old Tool Review || Delta 17-900

Considering drill press tech hasn't changed much in the past decades this might be great place to save some $$ and still get a great tool. Lets check out my old Delta Press. I use this more than I expected when I bought it and its been a great tool to have in the garage. It does have some runout that can be seen and heard when drilling the metal plate at the end of the video. Hasn't hurt any of my projects to date but will be an upgrade eventually.
