The Yamaha DTX10 is Yamaha’s current flagship, and the big selling points for me are the TCS pads, the rock-solid rack, and the DTX PROX module. You’re getting proper live-ready routing, quick-access effects, Bluetooth, and the ability to import samples and layer up to four sounds per pad. If I’m buying an e-kit today, this checks a lot of my boxes for consistency and long-term usability.
