This video walks through each level end to end with the same Apex Roofing lead pipeline: a lead qualifier skill that scores leads and drafts replies inside Claude, a Claude Routine that runs the skill every morning at 8 AM and pushes drafts straight to Gmail, and a fully custom Phoenix LiveView CRM that talks to a Claude routine over an API to enrich and update leads automatically. Level 1 is a Claude skill: a folder with a skill.md, a references directory (scoring rubric, reply templates), and an examples directory (sample input and output) zipped and uploaded under Customize. Level 2 is the same skill saved to a private GitHub repo and wired to a Claude Routine running on Anthropic's infrastructure with the Google Drive and Gmail connectors enabled. The routine reads new leads from a Google Sheet on a schedule, runs the lead qualifier skill, and drafts the Gmail follow-ups while you're away from your machine. Level 3 builds a custom CRM with Phoenix LiveView, Elixir, Postgres, Cloak encryption, OTP login, and an API key dashboard, then exposes the local app with ngrok and wires it to a Claude Routine over an API trigger so new leads automatically fire the routine, draft a Gmail message, and write the draft link back into the CRM.
