In this video I unbox and test two tiny DAC/amps from FIIO’s Snowsky lineup: Tiny A and Tiny B. This is actually my first time using this “clip-on/tiny dongle” style, so I show the simple packaging, the metal build, and the ports on each model. Tiny A gives you a 3.5mm output plus a USB-C charging port (so you can listen and charge), while Tiny B gives you 3.5mm + 4.4mm. I also compare their real-world size, and yes—I was genuinely surprised that Tiny B is bigger. After using both for a day, I share my honest sound impressions. The sound is good, balanced, and has some detail, and I didn’t hear a major difference versus regular dongles in the same category. The cool part is the FIIO Control app support: you can see the Snowsky Tiny inside the app, control things like the indicator light, inline mic options, and play with EQ/PEQ tuning. My main takeaway: both are easy recommendations for the price (around $23). Tiny A is my personal favorite because it’s smaller and has the emergency USB-C charging feature, but Tiny B felt like it had slightly more depth—something you’ll only notice if you have both.
