This is the FiiO Air Link I tested in the video—a tiny, super lightweight Bluetooth transmitter that fits stable in the phone and connects fast. I had low volume with Soundpeats Air5/Air5 Pro, but with OneOdio Studio Max 1 it performed very well and got loud around 60% volume. It’s not a must-have for everyone, but it’s a unique device if you want to experiment with transmitter-style audio and app-controlled modes.
Pros
- +Extremely lightweight and compact
- +Fits stable in the smartphone with no disconnectivity issues in my test
- +Fast Bluetooth connection once plugged in
- +FiiO app control is fantastic for changing sound quality and modes
- +Sound can feel smoother/softer in vocals
Cons
- -Volume was very low with Soundpeats Air5 and Air5 Pro in my testing
- -LDAC/mode options felt a bit tricky to fully figure out
- -Latency isn’t impressive (though it’s not bad)
