What if I told you the next big wave in tech isn’t just “I built an AI agent,” but actually embedding agents into real workflows—where they can take action, make decisions, and automate end-to-end processes with human control? In this video, I walk you through how to build and deploy an AI agent in Python using UiPath, and why agentic workflows (and especially orchestration) are quickly becoming a must-have skill for software engineers. First, I demo a pre-built UiPath agent from GitHub (a simple calculator agent) so you can see the full lifecycle: clone the repo, run it locally with Python 3.11, pack it into a NuGet package, publish it to UiPath Orchestrator, and trigger it as a job with parameters. Then I show you how I built my own agent from scratch—a resume fixer agent—using a graph-based structure (nodes + edges) to load a resume, research best practices, analyze, generate improvements, and finalize output. Finally, I give you a sneak peek of UiPath Maestro to show what orchestration looks like in practice: multiple agents, deterministic automations, and humans collaborating inside one visual workflow to deliver real business outcomes.
