How to grease the Slip Yoke on your Jeep Cherokee XJ

In this video, I’m greasing the slip yoke on my 1996 Jeep Cherokee 4x4. This is a simple job and won’t take you very long, assuming you don’t break the bolts. Be very careful when taking them off and I would recommend using some sort of penetrating fluid on them first. Some people say to use anti seize instead of grease on the splines, but I just opted to use grease as I didn’t have a bunch of anti seize around. I’ve been driving around for over a week and about 170 miles and my clunk when braking has completely gone away! Be sure to like and subscribe and if you have any questions, feel free to put them in the comments section and I will try my best to respond. Also, if you break anything on your Jeep, I’m not responsible! I’m just simply doing a tutorial video. Grease used- Sta-Lube Extreme pressure Moly-Graph grease, made by CRC Size of bolts- 8MM Torque for bolts- 14 foot pounds, in the video I just tightened them to what I thought was appropriate, I later went back in and torque them properly, they were pretty close to 14 foot pounds.
