Maple Syrup On A Small Property From Just 2 Trees! | A Beginners Success Story

We have finally had success making Maple Syrup from our own small property using just 2 trees! We have tried making Maple Syrup over the years with little success making actual maple syrup. But this year we finally made real Canadian Maple Syrup! I share some of the challenges I had my first few attempts and what I did to make it actually work this time! We have a small property and have more than just 2 maple trees on our property but we wanting to start on a small scale to master the art of making maple syrup first before we started harvesting sap from around the property. We made about 4 Liters of maple syrup just from collecting sap from 2 trees for about 2 weeks. The sap has been running well over a month so we could have collected a lot more sap be we were happy and satisfied with the process.
