It's a question of helping a chick hatch or not helping a chick hatch that has many backyard chicken owners wondering. There are a lot of opinions out there regarding this issue and for me it comes down to loosing my batch of chicks or not. Most of the time we incubate chicken eggs yearly or more than yearly, and we have great success. But then there are times that things don't go according to plan. This year I saved 18 chicks lives because I did help them hatch. It should be used as a last resort when raising your own chickens. But I was so glad I did, or we would have lost all our 18 incubated eggs and chicks. 🎒 Merch - https://www.ploughmansbackyard.com 🔔 Hit the bell next to Subscribe so you don't miss a video! ►Shop on Amazon?
