In this video I’m setting up my February 2026 “currently” page in my Classic Happy Planner journal, and I went with a soft cloud theme because I want it to feel gentle and open. The idea is simple: I’m going to fill each cloud with a thought I’ve been working through in therapy. While I’m crafting the page, I do start filling in a couple of the clouds so you can see how I’m approaching it—less “perfect planner answers,” more real-life processing. This one is both creative journaling and an honest conversation. I talk about my mental health, what I’ve been struggling with, and how planning/journaling helps me slow down and untangle my self-talk. For me, a planner isn’t just for appointments—it can be a safe place to work through trauma that’s been with you for years, one small prompt at a time.
