What are the best stationery gifts for planners in 2025?

My favorite stationery gifts are the ones that get used daily: a solid rings planner, reliable pens, and sticky notes/tabs for quick capture. In this guide I’m sharing items I’ve repurchased again and again because they fit into real planner systems. If you want a “safe” gift, start with a Moterm rings planner or a quality pen set.

Which Moterm rings planner do you recommend: Personal or Personal Wide?

I use and recommend both, but it depends on how you plan. Personal is great if you want a compact setup that still feels luxe and functional. Personal Wide is my pick when I want extra writing space without jumping to a bigger planner size.
