Today I’m creating a Love Yourself wellness spread in my Live Love Posh quad-lined planner—focused on self-care, balance, and realistic tracking. This spread is all about intentional self-care, balance, and gentle wellness tracking. I’m using the quad-lined layout to keep things structured but still pretty, focusing on habits like mood, sleep, movement, and daily check-ins—without the pressure of perfection. If you love functional decorative planning, wellness spreads that feel realistic, and floral stickers that don’t overwhelm the page, this one’s for you 💗 Let me know in the comments if you prefer quad-lined planners for wellness or if you track things differently! ⸻ SHOP MY FAVORITES ✨ 🛒 Live Love Posh: https://www.liveloveposh.com/discount/Plan10 Code Plan10 for 10% off (excluding boxes & bundles) 🛒 Daily Grind Planner: https://dailygrindplanner.com/?ref=KASIA Code PLAN for 10% off 🛒 eStarCase: https://estarcase.com/?ref=sogaipog Code PLAN for 12% off Please consider subscribing! 💖 👉 My Links: https://linktr.ee/plannerista101 ⸻ ✨ FOLLOW ME ✨ 📸 Instagram: @plannerista101 📘 Facebook: Plannerista101 📧 Email: plannerista101@gmail.com 🎵 TikTok: @Plannerista101 ⸻ #plannerista101 #wellnessplanner #liveloveposh #quadlinedplanner #functionalplanning #decorativeplanning #selfcareplanning #plannercommunity

About This Video

Hello my loves—today I’m working in my Live Love Posh quad-lined planner and turning it into my weekly wellness planner. I walk you through exactly what I track each week: breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, moods, medications and supplements, sleep, steps, and any workouts. For me, those are the big “turners” in a wellness journey—what you eat matters, but so does sleep, mood, and staying consistent with vitamins. For this week’s theme, I’m using the older Love Yourself sticker book from Live Love Posh (and yes, I’ve been hoarding it because it’s so pretty). I place stickers strategically so the spread stays functional, and I frame things with florals and a few decorative elements like Polaroids without overwhelming the page. I also chat about wanting to start intermittent fasting and tracking fasting hours (I’m thinking an 8/16 window), and I’d genuinely love to hear what’s worked for you. I finish the spread with quotes like “Love yourself” and “Make yourself a priority,” then pop the page back into my discbound planner—ready for a happy and healthy week ahead.
