Hello my loves — in this Plan With Me, I’m setting up my wellness planner for Feb 23 through Mar 1 in my Live Love Posh lined quad. I’m sharing how I turn a “regular” planner into a wellness setup that’s still cozy and aesthetic, but very functional. In this planner I track a multitude of things all about health: meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks), medicine, mood, sleep, steps, workouts, and daily habits. It also travels with me to doctor’s appointments, because having everything in one place makes it so much easier to spot patterns and figure out what’s going on with my body. For stickers, I’m using a $2 Tuesday sheet from Crafty Planner Queen called “Scholar Society” for those scholar-chic, literary vibes (seriously — so adorable). I keep the decorating pretty simple and add tiny touches in the spaces I leave between sections, so the layout stays readable and usable all week. I also talk through my ongoing debate: edging the pages with florals brings me a lot of joy, but it can make the spread a little less functional — so I’m deciding the “lesser evil.” By the end, it’s a clean, organized week-at-a-glance wellness spread that’s motivating without being overwhelming.
