About This Video

Hello my loves — in this Plan With Me I’m setting up a cozy but fully functional wellness spread in my Live Love Posh quad lined planner for February 9th through the 15th (yes, Valentine’s week). I walk you through exactly how I “hack” a planner that’s meant for something else into a wellness layout that works for real life. My daily tracking stays consistent: breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, meds, mood, sleep, steps, and workout — because I like seeing everything together on paper, even though I do use an Oura ring for the stats. For the decor, I frame the spread with soft florals that I bought as Etsy images, outlined, and then printed/cut with my Cricut so I could create clean edges and corner pieces. I’m picky about this balance: I want it pretty, but I need it functional, so I choose smaller flowers and avoid crowding areas where the prompts sit close to the edge (Thursday was a tight one). I also mix in stickers from Crafty Planner Queen, and you’ll see me test a few ideas, pull things back up when they feel “too much,” and finally land on pops of green, hearts, and little filler elements that tie the whole vibe together.
