About This Video

In this cozy winter plan-with-me for January 12–18, I’m showing you exactly how I turned a quad lined weekly planner into a wellness planner. I’m using the Live Love Posh quad lined planner (this is my third week in it), and I walk you through how I set up my sections so it stays realistic, functional, and still super pretty. I start by mapping out my food lines (breakfast, lunch, dinner, plus a snack) and then I decorate around my stickers—because I want the spread to feel calming, but I still need it to work in real life. I’m tracking what actually impacts my day-to-day: meds, mood, sleep, movement/workouts, and steps. I’ve noticed how connected all of it is—my mood ties into how I’m eating, how I slept, and how much I’m walking—so having it all in one place helps me spot patterns. I also take this planner to my doctor’s appointments, and it’s genuinely useful when I need to talk through what’s going on with my body (I track other things in the back too, like menstruation, weight, and fasting). Decor-wise, I use Live Love Posh stickers (Winter Love plus some Luxe Winter florals) to get that foresty, cozy vibe—yes, a little “still in the Christmas rush,” but in a winter way. And my biggest takeaway is the same as always: I love a pretty planner, but function is king in my house.
