I’m using a classic-size Happy Planner dashboard layout ("Becomes What Inspires You"), and I’m showing you how I planned content month-by-month with a simple system: I track my top four videos of the month, and I label my workflow as “to film, to edit, to publish,” then mark when it finally hits YouTube. You’ll see a full year of spreads, sticker choices, and how I keep things organized across the months without making it feel boring. I also share a big takeaway from actually using this planner all year: the weekly dashboard format made me repeat the same tasks over and over, which got annoying when things didn’t get edited or published on time. That’s why I’m switching for this year to the (very underrated) Live Love Posh Monthly Overview—so I can simply mark film/edit/publish without constantly transferring unfinished tasks. And of course, we get into all the pretty: lots of Live Love Posh, eStarCase florals and PET tapes, a few Etsy images (yes, the little Westy!), and my favorite cozy seasonal vibes—especially fall, because fall is my favorite planner season.
