In today’s video, I’m setting up my wellness planner in a Live Love Posh lined quad planner while sharing a real-life wellness talk. This isn’t about perfection — it’s about checking in with yourself, noticing patterns, and creating space for movement, rest, and grace. I’m using this spread to track: • Mood & energy • Sleep • Movement • Daily wellness habits We also chat about how wellness planning helps me stay grounded during busy seasons, why consistency matters more than motivation, and how planning can support mental and emotional health — not add pressure. If you love functional decorative planning that still feels cozy, calming, and usable, this video is for you 🤍 Stickers are here to support the process, not distract from it. 🛒 SHOP MY FAVORITES ✨ 🛒 Live Love Posh: https://www.liveloveposh.com/discount/Plan10 Code Plan10 for 10% off (excluding boxes & bundles) 🛒 Daily Grind Planner: https://dailygrindplanner.com/?ref=KASIA Code PLAN for 10% off 🛒 eStarCase: https://estarcase.com/?ref=sogaipog Code PLAN for 12% off Please consider subscribing! 💖 👉 My Links: https://linktr.ee/plannerista101 ⸻ ✨ FOLLOW ME ✨ 📸 Instagram: @plannerista101 📘 Facebook: Plannerista101 📧 Email: plannerista101@gmail.com 🎵 TikTok: @Plannerista101 ⸻ #plannerista101 #wellnessplanner #wellnesstalk #reallifewellness #liveloveposh #quadlinedplanner #cozyplanning #functionaldecorativeplanning

About This Video

In this video, I’m taking a classic size quad lined planner from Live Love Posh and turning it into a real-life wellness planner—nothing perfection-y, just actually useful. I set up a spread that lets me track breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, whether I took my meds, my mood (plus any symptoms), how much I slept, whether I worked out, and my total steps. This planner genuinely goes to the doctor with me, so I need it to be easy to reference and clear enough that I can look back and notice patterns. I also share a little wellness rant while I decorate with the Winter Wonder kit from Porter Art Design (I went fun and whimsical—yes, the snowman made the cut, and yes, I had to do sticker “surgery” because I broke one). I love stickers, but I don’t decorate without purpose. I’ve done the “pretty-only” spreads before, and I never used them again—so for me, that’s a waste of stickers, energy, and time. Wellness planning can feel like a rocky part of the journey (tiny pebbles in your shoes), but I’m learning more every year—about myself, about inflammation, and about what my body is trying to tell me—and this spread helps me stay grounded while I do.
