About This Video

In this video, I’m taking a plain quad lined Live Love Posh planner and turning it into a super functional wellness + meal tracker for the week of January 19th through the 25th. I walk you through my exact layout and how I keep it both pretty and usable—because if I’m tracking real life, I need room to actually write. I decorate with the Winter Allure sticker book (those blue winter berries are so aesthetically pleasing to me), and I also cover the “this week” section since I don’t use it—so that’s where my decor is usually the heaviest. For each day, I track breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack, plus medications, mood, sleep, and workout. This setup started because I needed a simple way to see patterns and bring real data to my doctor’s appointments—what I ate, how I felt, whether I skipped meds, and how everything impacts everything else. Now I can’t stop tracking because it makes it so much easier to understand my body, answer my physicians’ questions, and not rely on memory from “the last few days.” And of course, planning itself is part of my wellness—cozy spreads, a hot mug of tea, and a layout I can repeat week to week.
