In today’s video, I’m sharing a catch-all planner spread created in my Live Love Posh vertical planner using Porter Art Design stickers. My goal with this setup was to create a planner that is highly functional, easy to use day-to-day, but still decorative, cozy, and pretty 🤍 I walk you through how I balance structure with decorative elements—using boxes, checklists, and soft winter artwork—to keep everything organized without feeling overwhelming. This style is perfect if you love planning that feels calm, intentional, and inspiring while still getting real life done. If you enjoy functional decorative planning, cozy winter vibes, and practical planner inspiration, you’re in the right place ✨ 💖 Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more planner inspiration, plan-with-me videos, and flip throughs! ⸻ SHOP MY FAVORITES ✨ 🛒 Live Love Posh https://www.liveloveposh.com/discount/Plan10 Code Plan10 for 10% off (excluding boxes & bundles) 🛒 Daily Grind Planner https://dailygrindplanner.com/?ref=KASIA Code PLAN for 10% off 🛒 eStarCase https://estarcase.com/?ref=sogaipog Code PLAN for 12% off Please consider subscribing! 💖 👉 My Links: https://linktr.ee/plannerista101 ⸻ ✨ FOLLOW ME ✨ 📸 Instagram: @plannerista101 📘 Facebook: Plannerista101 📧 Email: plannerista101@gmail.com 🎵 TikTok: @Plannerista101 ⸻ #plannerista101 #catchallplanner #functionaldecorativeplanning #plannerinspo #liveplanlove #plannercommunity #verticalplanner #plannerstickers

About This Video

In this plan-with-me, I’m showing you exactly how I plan everything in ONE catch-all planner while keeping it functional and still very pretty. I’m working in my Live Love Posh vertical planner for the week of January 19th–25th (I seriously can’t get enough of their paper quality), and I’m using Porter Arts Design “Winter Wonder” because that brown-and-blue winter village felt so serene I couldn’t help myself. I start the way I always do: bullet points as my checklist, then I fill in the circles when tasks are done because that little “completion” moment makes me so happy when I flip back through my spreads. I also walk you through a real-time fix, because mistakes happen, right? Some of the Porter boxes felt oversized for my layout and I didn’t like how the layering was going, so I pulled my tried-and-true Mojo Jojo boxes and rebuilt the structure in a way that didn’t cover my bullet points. My system is simple: one main box per day for events/schedule items, smaller boxes for timekeeping for work, and a sidebar to-do list that acts like a mini brain dump so I can disperse tasks into specific days. And then—my favorite part—I bring in cozy winter deco (the village scene, cabin, lantern, window, mailbox, little nook pieces) to fill the empty spaces without sacrificing the function that keeps me going.
