About This Video

In this plan-with-me, I’m showing you how I do a very full, sticker-heavy spread that’s still 100% functional—because for me it’s always functionality over anything (even when I’m piling on the deco). I’m working in my Live Love Posh vertical planner (classic size, super plain pages, which makes it so easy to decorate) and using the “I Love Winter” sticker kit from KellofaPlan. I start the same way I always do: I lay down my structure first—seven bullet points per day as my to-do list—then I build the pretty on top of that. Next, I add color-coded boxes on every day for my main plans, and on work days I layer in an extra small box at the top so I can separate a “main event” from everything else (appointments, dog stuff, meet-ups—whatever real life throws at me). In the sidebar, I set up quick dinners and cleaning, and I keep larger deco elements contained inside boxes so they don’t steal my writing space. I also pull in thin winter washis (mine are from Amazon), test a purple that totally doesn’t work, and go darker with navy to frame the spread and keep it cohesive. The takeaway: you can absolutely have cozy, decorative planning that’s almost overwhelming—but not quite—while still leaving yourself room to actually plan.
