About This Video

Hello my loves—today I’m doing one of my favorite videos to film: an After The Pen flip through of everything I used in February. I’m walking you through my full lineup: my social media planner (super minimal and functional), my wellness + meal planning planner (where I track meals for me and Toa), my catch-all (my real-life weekly planning), and my journal. February was honestly a mix of routines, creative spreads, and a lot of life happening at the same time, so it was really satisfying to see how it all came together across multiple planners. In my social media planner, I keep things intentionally simple—monthly scheduling, YouTube/Instagram tracking, and a “top four videos” page I created myself. In wellness, I track breakfast/lunch/dinner/snacks plus medication, mood, sleep, steps, and workouts, and I meal plan with a grocery list on the side (and yes, sometimes things get moved to another week and that’s okay). Then in my catch-all, I’m doing my usual setup: dinners, cleaning, one main event per day, and a to-do list that I fill in with little bubbles (the most satisfying part). I also flip through my journal spreads and a few extra notebooks I keep on my desk—like my list notebook, swatches, and a tiny study notebook—because I like having systems that feel cozy but still realistic.
