Today I hit the Apopka, Florida coin show and let me tell ya—this one did not disappoint. The show was bustling at the new location, and I was on the hunt for stacker-friendly prices. We scored gold (gold baby, gold) and I was happy with the price we landed it at. I also saw generic silver rounds moving right around $85 over spot with spot price being the big reference point everybody was working off today—so you’ve gotta keep your head on a swivel and know your numbers before you start firing. I also remind everyone this show is a solid monthly stop: first Sunday of the month, 9:30am to 3:00pm. If you’re local, it’s absolutely worth coming down, walking the floor, and seeing what kind of deals you can shake loose—especially if you like stacking gold and silver with a little treasure-hunt energy.
