I break down what my schedule actually looked like across labor & delivery (days and nights), inpatient, and ambulatory gyn, plus the kinds of assignments/exams I was juggling at the same time. If you’ve ever wondered what third-year OB/GYN is really like beyond the highlight reel, I’m giving you the realistic version: the long shifts, the constant switching between settings, and how it feels trying to stay on top of life while you’re basically living at the hospital. I also talk through how I approached shelf prep, what resources and routines helped me stay consistent, and then I share my shelf exam results. And because I’m finally coming up for air, I’m chatting about what I’m doing during my two-week break before family med—resetting, catching up on me, and getting ready for my upcoming Paris trip.
