Cheers to all the Creative Chefs! ~Marie My Walnut Basil Pesto 2 cups of packed Basil 3/4 cup of toasted Walnuts 3 cloves of Garlic 1 cup of Romano or Parmesan Cheese 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1 tsp Lime or Lemon Juice 1 cup Olive Oil Combine the basil, walnuts, garlic, salt and pepper in the food processor and make a crumbly paste. Next add cheese, lime or lemon juice. Turn on and slowly add your oil. Enjoy!! Patti's Homemade Mayo 1 Egg at room temperature 1 tsp Lemon Juice 1 TBLS Red Wine Vinegar 1/4 tsp Salt 1 TBLS Mustard 1 TBLS Whey from homemade yogurt 1 cup of Oil (Avocado or Olive) Add all ingredients to mason jar and use immersion blender to make!
