Cheers to spring, (right around the corner, I hope) ~Marie Homemade Hot Chocolate Mix 3 cups dry milk (can omit if you are dairy free***) 2 cups powder sugar 1.5 cups Cacao Powder or Dutch Chocolate Powder 3 tsp corn starch whole bar of white chocolate for added smoothness Mix all ingredients in food processor and store in air tight container. 1/4 cup hot chocolate mix to 8 ounces water.
