Welcome to Pinebrook Homestead. It's a busy day around my suburban homestead, and cold! It's time to tear down the Christmas tree, and make some delicious and nourishing turkey bone broth. I also have an easy and quick way to make a delicious beef stew. Great for a blistery night. Did your bills climb higher last month? (Electric, Gas, Propane) My electric bill was way higher than the past few months. Not comfortable at all on my budget. I'm trying some new ways to save more money on these bills. Especially with the talk on the street saying the beginning of 2025 is going to be harder financially. Have you heard the same thing? What are you doing to prepare, stock up, or trim the budget?
