Marie Strawberry Banana Baked Oatmeal (Revised) 2 cups Old-Fashioned Oats 1 1/2 cups of milk of your choice (Dairy, Almond, Coconut) 2 Eggs 2 Ripened Bananas 1/4 cup Maple Syrup or Honey 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp of Cinnamon 1 cup of chopped Strawberries Strawberries and a Banana to garnish the top Preheat oven to 375 degrees and light grease your muffin pan or baking dish 8x8 or 9x9 Start by mashing the bananas then add all the wet ingredients, mix well Next add the oats, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon. Stir together. Fill muffin cups to the top and bake for 25-30 minutes (For the baking dish, bake for 30-40 minutes) Enjoy!!!
