Suffering in silence is the worst. You feel alone. You question your ability to think when it seems like you can't formulate a complete sentence. Then you are asked to speak in a leadership meeting amongst your male counterparts and you draw a blank. You can't sleep. You can't think. You're on an island by yourself. Anyone who will listen thinks your crazy. You have no sex drive. Your husband blames you, when all you can think about is getting through the next day. But....it doesn't have to be this way!!!
