#nospendmonth #frugalliving #suburbanhomestead Have you ever had grand hopes in a recipe or goal you were confident you could achieve? In today's video, I'm sharing what $25 dollars at the grocery store bought, and I how I intend to use the ingredients. Along the way, disappointment plagued me as my recipe didn't turn out, and I feared the waste of the food. On a budget, you can't afford to waste. Join me as I recover from this disappointment and press on through our No Spend June! You also can persevere! Cheers to the one that PERSEVERE! ~Marie Consider subscribing for more inspiration in the kitchen, gardens and midlife! http://www.youtube.com/@PinebrookHomestead I will not be sharing the yogurt recipe until I master it. I do not want you to have disappointment or waste money! Egg cups! (The recipe I used just dumped the whole egg in, but with my teenagers staring at a yolk...they wouldn't eat it...so I modified) https://myhomemaderecipe.com/recipes/ham-cheese-egg-cups Homemade Granola: 4 Cups Rolled Oats 1 1/2 cup Mixed Nuts 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 1/2 cup coconut oil melted 1/2 cup maple syrup 1 tsp Vanilla Dried fruit of choice Mix all the dry ingredients, stir... Add the wet and stir leaving the dried fruit out till the granola cools. Baked at 375 degrees for 21 to 25 minutes. Once cooled add fruit and store in an air tight container. Enjoy!
