It is prepared with 3 types of flour and some essential seasoning. The best homemade pakora mix than store-bought packets. You have to try-it to believe it. Combine all the dry ingredients in a clean air tight jar, use as & when required by mixing it with water. Store at room temperature You can use this recipe as a base, it is not particularly spicy so an all rounder for kids and grown-ups. You can get creative and add your extra spices of your choice when making the pakoras - green chillies, onions, potatoes, spinach, kasuri methi, sliced boiled eggs, stuffed chilies, etc. Make a batch of dry Pakora mix and then just use the base to make whatever you're in the mood to make, or better still, have this mix pre-made ready for your kids to make.
