Easy Onion and Sumac Salad | Turkish Salad | Pinch0fSugar

This super simple Onion and Sumac salad is my all time favorite. You just cannot have Turkish food without this salad (that would be a sin). ➡Subtitles are available in the video. Don't forget to turn them on 👀. ➡Click on settings wheel 🔅, select subtitles/CC and select the language you require. You would always see this salad in Turkish restaurants. This salad is the salad you see accompanying every Turkish dish - do you remember? next time keep a look out for it . The salad recipe can vary from restaurant to restaurant quite a bit but overall it has the same ingredients. I like to add my own twist to this recipe by adding some chopped chilies 🌶 as I like it a bit hot which gives it a bit of a kick. If you don't have Sumac, you can substitute this with pomegranate powder (anardana powder).
